Liam Strength’s Session 17-04-2018

This was Liam’s Strength Session yesterday, some good old fashioned Goblet Squats, Swings and Prowler Runs.
5 Rounds with 2min rest between

Liam used 8kg Bell for the Squats and Swings, and the Prowler was about 25kg.
