Exercise during and after pregnancy is beneficial to both mom and baby. Sticking to an exercise regime during your pregnancy improves circulation, helps you sleep better, prepares the body for labour and will help you get your body back after birth. Heidi Klum is not the only mom that can do this! The ‘New Mommy’ Package is ideal to start while still on maternity leave. Working out will give you the strength and energy to cope with the challenges that come with a new baby. Our work out session will give you a bit of a break and raise those feel good hormones.
