So this is exactly why I love training with small groups. I get to spend serious one on one time with every single one. This give them a better understanding of how the exercise works and creates really close nit community where we support,love and care for each other. No one will ever feel like just another number in the class.
So yesterday was Wednesday and we hit the gym hard. Had some heavy Barbell Rows, Heavy Kettlebell Renegade Rows, Lunge with a KB Press, Step Ups and off course our favourite thing to do, besides drinking gin, swings!!!
We love swings so much we even do extra ones just so that coach can get that perfect picture..(had to take like a gazillion as I got a new phone and had to figure out how it works..ha ha)
Absolute best part of my day.
